PSR Solutions is working with a leading main contractor specialising in complex, large-scale construction projects to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager for data centre developments across the M25 and nationally.

This role is suited to a Senior Site Manager with proven data centre or critical infrastructure experience, comfortable delivering technically challenging projects, managing large site teams, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme control.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Director, the Senior Site Manager will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on major data centre schemes. You will lead site management teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to exacting quality standards.

Flexibility to travel and work on projects across the M25 corridor and nationally is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for site delivery of data centre projects

• Managing site teams, including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors

• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, specifications, and quality requirements

• Driving Health & Safety standards across site, including RAMS, inductions, and inspections

• Coordinating complex MEP, structural, and fit-out packages

• Monitoring progress and reporting to senior project stakeholders

• Managing logistics, sequencing, and interfaces between trades

• Ensuring compliance with client, statutory, and industry standards

• Leading defect management, commissioning support, and handover processes

• Proactively identifying and resolving site and technical challenges

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on data centre or critical infrastructure projects

• Strong understanding of MEP-intensive construction environments

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential

• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practice

• Ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary site teams

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Flexible and willing to travel around the M25 and nationally as required

• Right to work in the UK
