Site Manager - Fire Stopping
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple fire stopping projects across South London and Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of multiple fire stopping sites.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and project schedules.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Carry out regular site inspections and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and office staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and complete site documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing construction or passive fire protection/fire stopping projects.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Willingness to travel across South London and Surrey.
