Care Home Manager - Learning Disabilities
Location: Great Yarmouth
Salary: £50-£55K per Annum (DOE)
PSR Solutions are delighted to be partnering with a specialist care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a small, established residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate manager to lead a person-centred service, working closely with the Operations team to drive quality improvements and achieve a Good CQC rating. You'll be supported by an experienced senior leadership team and Head Office while leading and developing a dedicated staff team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management of a residential learning disability service
- Drive service quality, compliance and continuous improvement
- Promote high-quality, person-centred care that enables residents to live as independently as possible
- Lead, motivate and develop the staff team
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards and relevant legislation
Requirements:
- Previous management experience within a learning disability or social care setting
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care
- Good IT skills and a full UK driving licence
- RNLD or RMN qualification is desirable but not essential
