We are recruiting for a Home Manager to lead a well-established care service in the Perthshire area. About the Role

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and resident wellbeing are consistently achieved.

You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, oversee service performance, manage budgets, maintain occupancy levels and build strong relationships with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall operational management of the home
• Ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory requirements
• Leading, developing and motivating care teams
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support
• Managing budgets and achieving financial targets
• Maintaining strong occupancy levels and service performance
• Promoting resident independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing
• Building effective relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
• Driving continuous quality improvement across the service

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced Care Home Manager with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance
• Passionate about delivering exceptional resident care
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Committed to continuous improvement and service excellence
