Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities & Autism
Location: Bradford
Salary: c£35,000 per annum + Excellent Company Benefits
Hours: Full Time
PSR Solutions Healthcare are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for an LD & Autism service in Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated manager with a strong background in Learning Disabilities and Autism to lead a person-centred service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and quality of life for the people you support.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within Learning Disability and Autism services (essential)
- Previous experience working within CQC-regulated residential services
- A recognised management qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive positive change
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
