Registered Nurse - Nursing Home - Days
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Hours: 36.75 Hours | Permanent | Days |
Salary: £23.18 per Hour + Excellent Company Benefits
PSR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our values driven client in Crawley, West Sussex. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse - RGN / RMN / RNLD, in a specialist Elderly & Dementia nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and committed to maintaining top standards.
Working Days - Shifts are 7.45am - 8pm including paid breaks
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care, championing independence and dignity
- Oversee safe medication management
- Review care plans, championing appropriate independence and personal choice
- Lead, mentor and support your care team
- Maintain high standards in line with NMC Code and regulatory guidelines
- Work with the latest care technology to spend more time with residents
Experience
- Nurse Qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin
- Previous experience within a care or nursing home setting
- Commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care
