Are you an experienced Residential Home Manager looking for your next challenge, or a Deputy Manager ready to step into your first Home Manager role?

We are recruiting for a Home Manager to lead a well-established residential care service in Perthshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing care provider with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting the development of its leadership teams.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring residents receive exceptional care whilst achieving quality, occupancy and financial objectives.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational performance of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and resident experience are maintained at all times.

You will lead and develop a dedicated care team, manage occupancy levels, oversee budgets and build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of the home
• Ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory requirements
• Leading, developing and motivating care teams
• Maintaining high occupancy levels and delivering excellent resident outcomes
• Managing budgets and achieving financial targets
• Promoting resident independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing
• Building effective relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
• Driving continuous quality improvement across the service

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced Residential Home Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to progress
• Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing occupancy, budgets and service performance
• Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Committed to continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams
