PSR Solutions are delighted to be partnering with a leading care provider to recruit an experienced Regional Operations Director for their East Region.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the operational, quality and commercial performance of a portfolio of care homes across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. Reporting to the COO, you will lead regional teams to deliver outstanding care, strong occupancy levels and excellent financial results.

You will provide visible, hands-on leadership across the region, supporting and developing operational teams. You will be a key member of the senior management team, contributing to wider business strategy while taking ownership of regional performance.

Experience Required

• Senior operational leader within the care home or healthcare sector
• Proven experience managing multiple sites
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Track record of improving quality, performance and occupancy
• Commercially minded with budget and P&L, EBITDA responsibility
• Passionate about developing high-performing teams
