Regional Manager - Residential & Supported Living Services

Location: Dorset / Devon

Salary: c£65K per Annum + 20% Bonus

Hours: Full-Time

PSR Healthcare are excited to partner with a forward-thinking, dynamic care provider in the search for a talented Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of Residential and Supported Living Services for adults with Learning Disabilities & Mental Health needs, across Devon & Dorset.

Our client is a well-respected and established organisation committed to empowering individuals to live independent, fulfilling lives. Their person-centred services are built around dignity, respect and community integration, supporting individuals across the Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health sectors.

The Role

As Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of multiple services across the region. You'll work closely with Service Managers to ensure compliance, drive quality improvement, and support staff development - all while keeping the people they support, at the heart of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Service Managers and support staff
• Ensure services meet or exceed CQC standards
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities, health professionals, and community stakeholders
• Drive service development, growth, and occupancy across the region
• Manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability of services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior operational and multi site management within supported living, LD, or mental health services
• Excellent working knowledge of CQC regulations
• Strong local networks within the Region - you know the key people and the local landscape
• Commercial acumen & inspirational leadership skills with a passion for person-centred care
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to wider strategic goals
