PSRNEW Senior Support Worker - Adult care - Supported Living

Up to £32,000 | Full time Permanent Role
Our prestigious client a leading provider of Supported Living to Adults with Learning Disabilities, is looking to appoint a team of experienced Senior Support Workers in Newbury.

Essential Requirements:
You MUST:
- Have your NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Residential Care
- Be passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
- Have previous managerial experience in a similar environment
- Have the resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations
- Have a full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months
