Service Manager - Supported Living - Learning Disabilities & Autism
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for 2 x experienced Service Managers to oversee Supported Living services for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of Supported Living services.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and relevant legislation.
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver exceptional person-centred support.
- Manage staffing, budgets, rotas, and overall service performance.
- Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes for the people supported.
Requirements
- Previous management experience within Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, or Autism services.
- Strong understanding of person-centred care, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), safeguarding, and CQC standards.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
