The recruitment industry is an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling career path. We’re a people-focused business, allowing you to impact someone's life in the best possible way, through their career. Our existing clients and established desks could provide the right recruiter with the opportunity to earn £30-70k in their first 12 months with PSR Solutions, where commission starts at 10% and increases to 35% with generated revenue.

There is nothing more important than celebrating our staff. We recognise those who have gone above and beyond, both in and outside of work, who have been an incredible support for others within the business, and who have incorporated PSR Solutions values into everything that they do.
Every year, all our offices get together for our incredible End of Year Conference, and every year it just gets better and better! Previous locations include The Crazy Bear, The Grand Hotel, and St Georges Park.
We spend one third of our lives working, so we recognise and understand that you must be happy in your place of work. We create a positive culture in the workplace through influence – it’s ok not to be ok. We understand that sometimes life can get on top of us, and the everyday pressures can become too much… that's why we have dedicated Mental Health First Aiders in every office who are there for you if you need someone to speak too. You will also find our Tranquillity Room in our Head Office, Stafford, which is a dedicated space away from the office where our staff can go to relax and gather their thoughts whenever they need to.
In addition to this, we host several Mental Health Awareness weeks where one office each month takes part in a range of activities dedicated to helping their mental health. This includes a wellness walk, volunteering at a charity, healthy eating, and sessions from a mental health professional.
In your first few weeks of joining us, you will receive a thorough and comprehensive training schedule delivered by our incredible Training Manager, Tracey Androlia. Whether you’re completely new to the industry, are an experienced Recruiter, aspiring Manager or seasoned Director, we have a dedicated programme that will provide you with all the necessary skills, knowledge and support you need to get your career off to the best start.
