Senior Site Manager

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who are a fast growing company that specialise in Residential, Student and Industrial Projects. They are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Senior Site Manager on a permanent basis to work on a new development of 3&4 bedroom homes.

Duties

• Supervision of trades and delivery teams
• Planning work packs and method statement and risk assessments for all work involved
• Driving programme at a site level
• Quantifying material and ordering through the procurement system
• Keeping accurate QA records or site progress
• Chairing Meetings
• Liaising with the Commercial Team with regards to sub-contractors and materials on site
• Conducting quality and safety inspections
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control checks

Requirements

• Proven experience on Residential Building Sites
• Knowledge of building and construction
• Excellent time management and leadership skills
• Business management skills
• Verbal communication skills
• Good initiative and logical thinking skills.
• CSCS, First Aid, & SMSTS Certificates
