New to PSR Solutions in 2026, but far from new to recruitment within the construction industry, I bring over 20 years of experience in the sector. Throughout my career, I have specialised in technical recruitment across engineering and construction disciplines, successfully placing white-collar professionals into both freelance and permanent roles.

I’m passionate about recruitment, there’s no better feeling than helping someone secure a role that can shape and progress their career. Equally, I enjoy building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring the right fit for everyone involved.

At PSR Solutions, I am responsible for white-collar permanent appointments across Pre-Construction, Commercial, and Production functions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors within the build sector, as well as supporting SME construction businesses with their recruitment needs.

A few fun facts about me: I lived in Norway for five years, I’m passionate about wellbeing and keeping active, and I’m also a trained yoga teacher.
