Having been within the recruitment industry for seven years, I joined our Trades & Labour team back in 2018 as an Account Manager to build upon and expand our presence within the Midlands.

I was promoted to Business Unit Manager of the Midlands Trades & Labour team in October 2020, and recruit for all aspects of Blue-Collar recruitment. I thrive off the fast-paced nature of the Trades sector and love that I can impact so many individuals lives by placing them with top quality clients. Providing an honest and personable approach has enabled me to build a great portfolio of candidates and ensuring they are kept in consistent work, as well as providing clients with high quality calibre of talent which ensures their projects are always on schedule.

When I’m not in the office or visiting clients on site, you’ll find me being dragged up a mountain by my husband, socialising with my friends or enjoying a very large (or bottle) glass of wine!
