I joined PSR back in January 2020. Having had previous experience in construction recruitment, I was brought into the business to help grow the Trades & Labour team by providing my client base with an industry leading service.

I had some great success in Trades & Labour, however, the business and I decided that my skillset was best suited to White-Collar Freelance.

My colleagues describe me as a disciplined and proactive consultant who places a lot of emphasis on client and candidate satisfaction. I pride myself in being open and honest and strive to build trust between myself and the clients and candidates I work with.

I have excelled in building healthy relationships, primarily in the Midlands but also nationwide, by supplying my clients with all levels of operations staff.
