After completing my A levels, I joined PSR Solutions to do a resource apprenticeship within the Trades & Labour team, which I successfully completed with distinction.

My day-to-day responsibilities include speaking with candidates who are looking for work and understanding their specific needs and career goals. This aspect of the job comes naturally to me as I LOVE talking to people.

The part of the job that gives me the most satisfaction is finding my candidates their dream roles.

Recently, I have been promoted to Trainee Account Manager, a milestone that makes me very proud, especially at the age of 19. I have been promoted to Trainee Account Manager which at 19 is something that makes me very proud. I’m looking forward to the change in my role, which will now involve more interaction with clients. This will include regular site visits and head office meetings in order to improve my understanding of construction in recruitment and my clients business needs.

Outside of work I love experiencing new countries and holidays, and I am always eager to learn new things.
