Connor Bedwell

I have worked as a Resourcer since joining PSR Solutions in 2022 in their Southampton office. Prior to this I was also working in a sales environment.  Over the last few years I've worked in a number of areas including Trades and Labour, Build, and Residential. 

Since joining PSR Solutions I have grown my construction knowledge considerably to accommodate my very varied desk.  I love my role as Senior Resourcer and enjoy being able to give back to my candidates and clients in any way that I can,  to help produce a success story for both sides.

I currently specialise in white-collar professionals in the build and residential sector. I work with my candidates to help secure them the right position for their long-term career goals or individuals looking for senior freelance roles across the South region.
