Danny Confrey

I joined PSR back in April 2022, after being released by Southend United as a Professional Footballer as I wanted to start a new career and the recruitment industry was of interest to me.

Within the Rail Team I specialise in resourcing for White Collar Rail positions and recently I have also taken on the responsibility of the Blue-Collar resourcing.

Being part of the Rail Team, we recruit for positions from Tack Engineers, Designers, Planners, Production and Commercial staff.

Working alongside John Rudd, Paul Ledingham and Theo Kyriakou and with their experience has helped my development and learning everything about the industry.

My aim is to become a fully fledged Rail Consultant in time, once I am at a stage where I feel I have gained the necessary Rail industry knowledge.
