As an Operations Support Manager for PSR’s Southern division, I cover all aspects of non-sales related work including elements of HR, compliance, facilities management, generating Brand content, overseeing administrative duties, internal recruitment and supporting the recruitment and onboarding of Apprentices. I cover our London and Southampton offices, as well as our Rail division.
Having worked with PSR for 7 years, it’s been incredible to see all of the positive changes over the years; from starting with a small office in London with 10 staff, we have now grown to 26 in London, 8 in Southampton and a brand-new Rail division.
The PSR brand has expanded beyond the blue and white collar Construction market over recent years and under Build-A-Career, we are tackling social issues (of which I am a huge advocate) including rehabilitating prisoners (ROTL scheme) by finding and supporting them in work, supporting refugees through our Displaced Talent arm of the business and helping victims of domestic abuse take their first steps into a new life by supporting them in work placements. I’m extremely passionate about positive social change and am incredibly proud to be part of a business that not only supports, but takes that one step further by being the change that we should all want.
