I joined the team in August 2021 as an Office Administrator, as part of my Business Administration Apprenticeship and I am based in our Head Office in Stafford.
My role is to support the day to day running of all departments within the office, ensuring it is running smoothly and effectively, working to PSR standards, and maintaining their core values throughout everything I do. By carrying out the daily administrative tasks for the team, it allows them to focus on finding candidates as well as filling vacancies quicker and more efficiently.
I always knew that I wanted to do an Apprenticeship. University was never something that inspired me, despite being told throughout school that it was the best path to take. I knew that doing an Apprenticeship and going straight into work was more fitting for me and PSR was the best place for me to do this. PSR had a great reputation for taking on, training and nurturing apprentices, and time and time again they have proved that this was the best option for me and have shown me a great level of support both on a personal and professional level.
