James Enright

After completing a degree in Business Management at the University of Wolverhampton, I joined the PSR Solutions team as a Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham. With great ambition and a hunger for success, I work relentlessly to improve myself and achieve what I need to, every day. I have always lived in the Midlands and have worked as a lifeguard, qualified swimming teacher and maths tutor. This has helped me develop a positive attitude to seek long-term progress and maintain patience throughout a transformational process.

I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic individual; confident in my communication skills and passionate about helping people find work opportunities that match their ambitions. With the support of my colleagues at PSR, I have developed a skill set that enables me to provide candidates and clients with an industry leading service.

I have a competitive nature, determination and drive instilled in me through my years of academy level football and competitive swimming. I am a social person and a team player who thrives on working with people.

I specialise in providing managerial and technical personnel to a range of clients at a variety of levels, including site managers, project managers, senior and site engineers, foremen, design managers and coordinators, document controllers and administrators. My focus is on the supply of freelance workers in the building and civil engineering sectors. Through honesty and transparency, I aim to build long term relationships with people across the industry.
