Having spent the entirety of my career working for others in the recruitment industry I set up PSR Solutions in 2005 and have been instrumental in driving the success of the company. PSR remains focused, dedicated and specialised through our commitment to recruiting specifically for the Construction Industry and our reputation has been built through our outstanding service to our clients and candidates in the industry. Being awarded Investors in People Platinum accreditation in 2020 is my most proudest moment to date, as only 2% of companies across 66 countries have achieved this level. This is a reflection of the dedication and commitment we have to our staff.

We continually immerse ourselves in local charities close to PSR’s heart and initiate fundraising activities to raise money for such amazing and well worthy causes including; Katherine House Hospice, The Battle Fund and Cancer Research. In addition to our charity work, we host regular Mental Health awareness weeks for our staff, and have  opened our Tranquillity Room in our Head Office which is a space for the team to go to should they need time away from their desk.

The future of PSR Solutions is an incredibly exciting one, with challenges of new sectors, markets and offices. We have an ambitious 10 year plan which we are on track to achieve.
