Joe Rowell

I joined PSR Solutions in 2018, coming off the back of a few years of Health Care Recruitment. I cover Permanent positions within the Build sector, focusing on Commercial, Pre-Construction and Planning opportunities. I have previously covered all disciplines, so have a rounded knowledge of the build sector. I have a successful background of placing Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Planners and Pre-Construction Managers into Tier 1 and Tier 2 Contractors.

I got married in 2021 and have 2 wonderful young daughters. I’m a keen football fan and unfortunately follow Sunderland, but also love Cricket!

I have a keen passion for recruitment and want to progress to higher levels within PSR. A big part of my job that I enjoy is building relationships with both Clients and Candidates, knowing what their needs are and making sure that I strive to meet their needs. I think it’s a highly rewarding job, there’s nothing better than getting someone a brilliant opportunity or meeting a Clients urgent needs.
