Having worked in recruitment since 2000, my passion has always been people. Specialising in the recruitment of freelance professionals within the Construction Industry I have built many long-term business relationships as well as amassing a large candidate base.

Progressing through the business I am now Regional Director for the Midlands area covering our Stafford and Birmingham offices.

Whether I am dealing with my team, clients, or candidates, my method has always been the same. I adopt an honest and open approach with everyone and set high standards for myself in terms of delivering a professional and efficient service.

I am extremely passionate about the work I do; I enjoy the pressure it brings, and I love the Construction Industry and the people working in it. I am keen to pass on my knowledge whilst also continuing to expand my own experiences with additional learning through reading and listening to a variety of related podcasts and audiobooks.
