I started my career in the construction industry as a construction recruitment consultant back in 2017 at PSR Solutions as a young man fresh out of university with a point prove driven by ambition, pride, and a natural core hunger to succeed in life and business. Since that day, I have worked relentlessly with the support and guidance of the business to hone my skills in recruitment so that I can provide my team, candidates, and clients with an industry leading service.
I have gained a wealth of experience, knowledge, and success in providing top quality managerial and technical personnel over the years to a broad range of clientele at different levels across the industry. I specialise in the supply of freelance staff, specifically in the building and civil engineering sectors. I take pride in the fact that my successes have been gained by adapting an open and transparent approach to work with all candidates, clients, and colleagues of mine meaning therefore, simply being honest has enabled me to develop some long-term, everlasting relationships within the industry.
On the day to day, I thrive on the satisfaction of providing the best possible solution to my client’s recruitment requirements with highly sought-after professional candidates that have been thoroughly vetted for their specific needs to booster their workforce. Then after, I take great pleasure in maintaining a long-standing relationship with my candidates that have proven loyalty, skill, and commitment by making it a personal task to then find them continuous working opportunities to match their desires.
As a manager, my aim is to provide my team with a happy and energetic working environment as well as a foundation to learn, innovate, and succeed in our business. I do this by taking a personal approach with all those that work in or around my team whereby I offer support based on my own experiences or forever growing understanding of the industry and current affairs. As part of my managerial position, I also invest my time to focus on strategical growth for the freelance team whereby I analyse new market trends, individual and team performance, plus opportunities to enhance our current relationships as well as new business opportunities.
