Having joined PSR Solutions as Business Unit Manager for M&E, Fit Out and Building Services, I’m focused on growing our presence across the South and building strong relationships in the market.

I’ve spent over five years in construction recruitment and really enjoy the fast paced nature of the M&E and Building Services world. It can be a bit “muck & bullets” at times, but that’s part of what I like about it. Getting stuck in, knowing what’s happening on the ground and building long term relationships with clients and candidates.

Over the years, I’ve also built and managed recruitment teams, so developing people is a big part of what motivates me. For me, nothing beats helping someone progress in their career or seeing a team grow and succeed.
