Luke Brushett

I joined PSR in December 2025, having spent the last two years in recruitment, after building a solid career during my 5 and a half years at Toyota where I worked my way into a Business Manager role. I understand targets, pressure, and what it actually takes to perform in a successful business environment.

Since moving into recruitment, I’ve worked with large, well-known organisations, which has helped develop my recruitment skills and knowledge, meaning I know how hiring decisions really get made — and how frustrating the process can be when it’s done badly. That’s why I keep things simple, honest, and to the point. No buzzwords, no overpromising, no time-wasting.

I studied at Roehampton Uni and gained a Master’s Degree, so I like to think I’m fairly switched on (most the time) — I’m driven, organised, and straight-talking, and I take pride in building relationships that actually last longer than a single placement.
I’m not here for quick wins, I’m here to do recruitment properly, have the right conversations, and get results everyone’s happy with. And yes — I’ll probably have a few beers along the way.
