Melanie McMurray

I joined PSR in 2014 as a Credit Controller and have had an incredible journey with the company; they’ve helped develop my skills and knowledge whilst provided me with relevant training allowing me to fulfil my career aspirations and goals. I’m now a Credit Control Manager and my role is to oversee all debt collection for perm and freelance business, whilst maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.

I communicate with debtors, monitor debtor balances, forecast incoming cash flow, resolve any invoice queries, along with managing and training other Credit Controllers within the business.

Outside of work, you’ll find me relaxing in a spa, going on a long walk with my dogs or building lasting memories with my family and children.
