My key specialism is the recruitment of Commercial and Preconstruction Staff on both a permanent and freelance basis (Commercial Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Bid Manager, BDM’s etc. at all levels), with a primarily focus within the railway, civil engineering and infrastructure sectors (rail, highways, water and fibre).

I have extensive recruitment experience and a real passion for the construction industry, working closely with my clients’ recruitment and project teams, helping to introduce collaborative working at a project and site level to ensure the successful delivery of resource requirements.

I am experienced in recruiting for both standalone positions and overseeing major project resource management and planning, both as an external and internal Consultant/Manager. More recently I have also been involved in the negotiation and then management and implementation of MSP’s.

In addition, throughout my career I have also been responsible for the management and development of Rail Management Systems (including RISQS - formerly known as LinkUp) in line with changing industry standards and overseeing subsequent audits.

I am a keen learner and have continually looked to develop my industry knowledge, undertaking a number of construction industry related courses, including; Prince II, Primavera P6v7, IOSH, and various railway related certification.
