With over 18 years’ experience within recruitment, I joined PSR in August 2015 as Support Systems Co-Ordinator to implement and rollout a new CRM. Following the successful implementation of the CRM, I was promoted to Office & Systems Manager in April 2016, in April 2019 to Group Support & Systems Manager, and in March 2022 to Compliance Manager.
As Compliance Manager, I am responsible for ensuring PSR’s systems, policies and procedures comply with regulatory, contractual and ethical standards; performing regular audits, implementing company policies, and designing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies. I support and control compliance for PSR Solutions and, also involved with sister companies, in areas such as conduct regulations, compliance and onboarding, GDPR and ISO9001.
My goal is to support PSR’s integrity by making sure it stays on a lawful and ethical course.
