With 25 years of experience in the IT industry, I am a proactive and forward‑thinking IT Manager with a strong background in the financial sector. After spending 15 years supporting and developing complex IT environments at Global Bank, I moved into my current role at PSR, where over the last three years I have led the modernisation of the organisation’s technology environment.

At PSR, I have driven significant improvements across the IT infrastructure, including leading AI technology initiatives, building SharePoint sites to enhance collaboration, and developing and optimising the Microsoft 365 environment to support modern working practices. I have also delivered cost‑reduction programmes across IT contracts and hardware procurement—ensuring smarter spend, increased efficiency, and long‑term sustainability.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching as much football as possible, and smashing my friends at Padel.
