Ross Donovan

I’ve been in the industry for 17 years, the last 13 of those spent working in the Outsourcing arena. During my career I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some household client names and delivered multi-million-pound programmes, some with over 1000 workers.

My role as Operations Director at PSR Solutions is to provide the best possible service to the clients within the portfolio. My focus is on building true partnerships with our clients built on trust and value and I feel it’s very important to understand the goals and ambitions of our clients to ensure that our service is aligned with these.

Outside of work I am busy with two children and in my spare time, I am often either running or weight training. I am also a retained firefighter with Staffordshire Fire and Rescue.
