Ryan Sammons

I joined PSR in December 2020 as a Recruitment Consultant, recruiting across Yorkshire for the Trades & Labour industry. I have received two promotions already since joining the business, one in March 2021 to Senior Recruitment Consultant, and March 2022 to Principal Consultant, which has been amazing and is an excellent example of my hardworking nature and ability to place the right people with the right client. I’m a down to Earth, honest, and approachable individual that will go above and beyond to give the best service possible, and ensure my clients and candidates are happy.

My favourite part of my role at PSR is building relationships with clients, on-site visits, ensuring my candidates have started on time and are happy, and seeing a job through from start to finish. I love the fast-paced environment of Trades & Labour and enjoy how many people I can help through my everyday role.

Outside of work, I am a fully qualified talent scout and spend a lot of my time scouting 7–15-year-olds for Sheffield United Academy.
