My approach to recruitment is honest, fair and strategic. I am an energetic and personable character who likes to build and solidify relationships through golf days, coffee business meetings and networking events – ‘I like to focus on the long-game and not just a quick win’.

Having progressed from Trainee in our head office back in 2014, 8 years late I now oversee Construction in London and the Southeast. Our team recruits for managerial and technical staff in the Building Sector of the Construction Industry over both contract, permanent and senior search appointments. Sectors which our clients operate in include; Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Health, Education, MOD, Custodial, Leisure and Local Authority Schemes/frameworks.
