Sarah Ibbotson

I started my career within Healthcare Recruitment in 2009, and I have never looked back. Knowing that ultimately our end customer is the vulnerable people in which our client's care for makes our role so important, and so rewarding, knowing we have the ability to positively impact their lives. 

Over the years I have worked at a Senior Management level, across both Agency and Internal Recruitment for some of the largest care organisations in the UK.  Throughout this time, I have gained a wealth of knowledge across all settings and client groups within the Industry. 

When I'm not at work you can find me at the stables with my horse Danny, who has semi retired now, and enjoys the quiet life hacking through the beautiful countryside I'm lucky enough to call home.
