Sarah Toomes

I joined PSR Solutions as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, working closely with Seb Williams to support the growth of our Bristol and South West presence.

After graduating from the University of Bristol in 2025 with a BEng in Civil Engineering, I bring a strong technical understanding of the construction and civil engineering sectors. My background enables me to provide an informed, professional service to both clients and candidates.

Before starting my career in recruitment, I worked at Browns in Bristol, where I met South West Director Kal. A conversation about my background and career ambitions led to an introduction to the Bristol team, and I soon began my journey with PSR Solutions.

Having lived in several countries, including Switzerland and Sweden, I am confident in building relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds. I look forward to developing my network across Bristol and the wider construction and civil engineering industries, while supporting clients and candidates with a reliable and personable approach.

I am excited to support candidates in finding roles that align with their ambitions and help them progress in their careers. I am also committed to helping companies across the region connect with talent who can add real value to their teams.
