Possessing an extensive amount of experience within Construction Recruitment, I joined PSR in August 2015 to implement and rollout the new CRM. Following successful embedding of the CRM, I am Office & System Manager based within the Head Office in Stafford and responsible for;
Organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office
Ensuring facilities and services are in place to meet the needs of the team in the office
Maintenance and management of the in-house CRM and telephony systems to support the whole business
Working alongside MD and Directors within the Stafford, London, Sheffield, Southampton and Birmingham offices to ensure IT systems are working correctly and all users are trained to the level required
